While searching on-line for mini-soccer balls to order for our school to use as a follow-up activity to a summer reading assignment, I came across "Mini Throw Balls." They carried the exact product I was looking for, for a great price. However, what swayed me to go with this company was the excellent service from the very first contact. I found them on a Friday afternoon, and, while another company told me my questions and order (even for a sample!) would have to wait until after the weekend, Craig, the owner of "Mini Throw Balls", was handling my sale personally. He was quick to respond to my pickiness, even in the subject lines of the emails, assuring me my order would be what I wanted. When I called back a day or two later to add to the order, my original order of 300 balls already had the logo and words printed on them and were packed for shipping! No problem, though; he made sure the additional 50 balls would be coming as quickly as the first 300 and would throw in some printing and shipping free of charge, to boot. The last thing that impressed me about this company was that all of the soccer balls would come already inflated. It adds a bit more to the shipping costs, it's true, but who wants to inflate 350 balls with over 300 students about to walk into the school doors? We have plenty of other things to take care of!
